Raman maps allow the identification of molecules, their allotropes and polymorphs the determination of his orientation, his purity and Christendom, and the detection of his inner tensions. The Scanning Electron Microscope allows the sample to be studied at maximum resolution and can facilitate its compositional microanalysis.

The RISE technique combines the advantages of both, facilitating broader and deeper sample characterization. The combination is especially useful because we add to the elemental information that X-ray spectroscopy gives us (e.g. presence of the elements carbon, oxygen and hydrogen) how they are combined in the molecules.
