The UniTOM is a flexible high resolution X-ray CT system which can be tailored for specific applications to maximize image quality and resolution. Different configurations available from single source-detector configurations to more flexible systems with multiple X-ray sources and detectors.

Modular and flexible, down to 500 nanometer
The UniTOM is a versatile submicron X-ray micro-CT system which can reach true spatial resolutions down to 500 nanometer. The system is highly flexible and can handle a wide range of sample types and sizes up to 30 cm in diameter and 50 cm in height. The UniTOM has a modular setup in which every hardware new components (eg. additional X-ray sources or detectors) can easily be integrated in the system, which allows for future hardware upgrades or easy replacement of single components, prolonging the lifetime of the X-ray system.
