The new TESCAN VEGA compact microscope is the result of decades of experience consolidated in the fourth generation of the VEGA series. VEGA 4 is a scanning thermionic microscope with a tungsten filament that incorporates the latest technologies, both in electronic optics and in detection systems that allow measurements to be taken quickly and very precisely.
VEGA 4 has a wide selection of detectors and accessories, it also has several high and low vacuum settings, thus allowing you to completely adapt your microscope to your needs and budget.
TESCAN VEGA is operated using the modern TESCAN Essence, which has several tools to speed up analytical work, such as the quick search function, the undo and redo function (UNDO, REDO), numerous presets and automations, in addition to the possibility of customization with a simplified user interface and image wizard for novice users.TESCAN VEGA integrates SEM and EDS images into a single software window to quickly and easily perform live compositional analysis.
This combination significantly simplifies the acquisition of morphological and elemental data from samples, making VEGA SEM an efficient analytical solution for routine material inspection in quality control, failure analysis and research laboratories.
